Find Diesels Refund & Return Policy

Find Diesels keeps our parts and engines refund & return policies distinct because of the nature of the products themselves. Parts are more straightforward in their functionality and are easier to identify correctly, so there will be a difference in stringency as it relates to returns/refunds. All returns must be authorized by salesperson or Find Diesel’s personnel and RMA will be issued to you via e-mail. Customer will pay all freight, unless Find Diesels is solely responsible for dissatisfaction with the product, damage to the product, or the incorrect product is shipped.

Damaged Products –

  • Sometimes products get damaged in transit or might have a manufacturing defect. If this is the case, for any of our products, you must notify us within 36 hours of the product being delivered for this to be considered valid for a full refund. Any time after this is at the discretion of Find Diesels. Engines will have a larger margin of time for this. This extended time period is also at the discretion of Find Diesels.

Parts (including rebuild kits) –

  • You will have 30 days to return or exchange a faulty or incorrect part to us for either a full refund or a replacement.
    • If ordering the wrong part: you have 30 days for a full refund and part must be returned in original packaging. If you would like it replaced with the correct part: the full return and refund is processed, and a new purchase for the correct product will be issued for its sale price if it is available, if you choose to replace it.
    • If receiving the wrong part: you have 36 hours to identify this issue. We cover shipping back to find diesels and you will be refunded 100% of the sale price. We will replace it with the correct part, dependent on availability, with no restocking fee.
    • After this 30 day period, the part is subject to final sale and the greatest refund possible at the discretion of Find Diesels will be 50% of the sale price.

Engines – All warranty for engines is dictated by the warranty statement sent at time of order.

  • Engines can be considered for returns at the complete discretion of Find Diesels.
    • If ordering the incorrect engine: you must notify Find Diesels within 36 hours of delivery. Returns for customer ordering incorrectly will result in 25% sale price restocking fee, transportation of product back to Find Diesels will be customer’s responsibility, and refund will be in the form of a company credit. Find Diesels will review each situation and take them separately.
    • If the wrong engine is sent to you: you have 36 hours to identify this issue. We cover freight back to Find Diesels and you will be refunded 100% of the sale price. We will replace it with the correct engine with no restocking penalty.
