Our Perkins 400 Series Rebuilt Diesel Engines
These are used engines that have been repaired to run. You can consider it a used replacement engine that has been refurbished with brand new parts. Here’s how we do it:
- Engine is torn down and the machine work gets done.
- The block and head are magnafluxed and decked & planed.
- Brand new injectors, water pump, oil pump, and overhaul kit (click here for kit contents example) are installed. There is a 6 month replacement warranty on injectors, water pump, and oil pump.
- Engine is test run before it ships.
Engine is warranted to run. We do not pay labor for installation – you should check valve settings. Price includes shipping to your door. Core charge for any of these four engines is $800.00 if no core is returned within 60 days or if block, crank, or head have any holes or cracks, or are bad. If a core is not returned or if it is returned with a bad block, crank, or head, the card on file will be charged.
